Hi Annette,
I think you're going to need to search in Belgium for more info about Constant. The FamilySearch.org web site has information from other countries but he's not listed there now. That's the Mormon church's website and they're adding more records every day.

I did find a marriage record for Contant [their spelling] E. Moreau
Born: 1859
Father: Hubert E. Moreau
Mother: Louis J. Dordier
Married: 18 June 1890, Lewis and Clarke, Montana
Spouse: Margaret A. Mclaughlin, age=23
Estimated Birth Year: 1867
Father: John Mclaughlin
Mother: Margaret Fields.
Source: Montana County Marriages 1865-1950 for Hubert E. Moreau, FamilySearch.org.

I found Herbert and Louisa Moreau and children in the 1870 Foxborough, Norfolk, Massachusetts Census. That's the earliest record that I found.

A Hubert Edward Moreau
Estimated Birth Year: 1900
Father: Coristant [their spelling] E. Moreau
Mother: Margaret Mclaughlin
Hubert Married: 21 Dec 1920, Ravalli, MT
Spouse: Leona Markham
Estimated Birth Year: 1901
Father: Edward W. Markham
Mother: Malinda Reynolds
Source: Montana County Marriages 1865-1950 for Hubert Edward Moreau, FamilySearch.org.

In 1930 Hubert and Leona Moreau and their son Gerald were living in Helena, Lewis and Clark, Montana. I didn't find any death info for Leona or Gerald in Montana but then I wouldn't have since Montana considers death info confidential for 50 years after the death.
Hubert E. Moreau, b. MT, 32, fireman railroad.
Leona B., wife, b. KY, 27.
Gerold A., son, b. MT, 5.

Do you have a copy of Hubert's obituary? You can do a Google search on Whittier Genealogical Society for their contact info. Ask them if they'll supply a copy of his obituary. They probably will charge a fee.

What you really need is where he resided and not where he died. You'll have to order a copy of his death certificate to find out this info.

I did find a Gerald A. Moreau
Born: 8 Sept. 1926
Last Residence: Could have been Saratoga Springs, Saratoga, NY
Died: 8 Jan 2000
His soc. sec. # was assigned in New York before 1951.
Source: Social Security Death Index.

A Gerald A. Moreau
Service: SF/3 US Navy World War II
Born: 8 Sept. 1926
Service Start Date: 12 Sept. 1944
Died: 8 Jan 2000
Interment Date: 11 Jan 2000
Cemetery: Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY 12871-1721
Buried at: Section 7 Site 802

You'll need to find his obituary to verify if he's your Gerald.

Sometime the next year the 1940 Census will be released. Hopefully Hubert and his new wife will appear on that Census. Successful Searching!
