I'm looking for much the same info as you, but for a Matthias F. Petersen and a Marina (Hannah) S. Clausen also reportedly from Pellworm Island, but with much later dates. They lived in Garnet and Helmville, MT in the late 1800s and early 1900s. They had at least three children. Marina Clausen died in Drummond/Hall, MT in the early '50s.

But my fundamental question really is how are these two sets of PETERSEN-CLAUSENs related?

Any guesses?
